It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Van Benschoten of Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace E. Van Benschoten and Charmaine Taylor Van Benschoten; and his siblings, Susan Van Benschoten and Billy Van Benschoten. He is survived by: his wife Diane Crouse; his children, Jared (BethAnne), Jeffrey "Jay" (Dana) and Sarah (Devils); his grandchildren, Isabelle, Helena, Autumn, Rachael and Colin; his brother-in-law Daniel Crouse (Judy); his friend Mark Tomizon of Florida; his caregivers, Lawrence, Michael, Chris, Barb, Jaime, Michelle, Cecilia and Freddy of Hopewell Pharmacy; and also, Sharon, Wallace (Mary), Larry, Cherrie, Donna and Wayne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
