It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James D. Cassidy of Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on November 22, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Cassidy (Duggan) and James Cassidy; and his sister Patricia Zack. He is survived by: his wife Joan Cassidy (Steponaitis); his sons, Daniel (Wanphen), John (Barbara) and Thomas Cassidy (Karen); his grandchildren, Christopher, Kyle, Sophia, Eva, David and Joey; and his brother Robert Cassidy (Anne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William G. Miller and Son Funeral Home (371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Martin de Porres Church (118 Cedar Valley Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603).
