She was predeceased by: her parents, Konstantinos Vanikiotis and Alexandra Stephanopoulos; her husband Gus; her siblings, Nick and Pat; and her siblings-in-law, Leo, Jimmy and Gina.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marigoula, Thanasi and Teddy; her sons, Peter (Andrea), Nick and Alex (Liza); her grandchildren, Georgina (Matthew), Dino (Amanda), Bella, Sophia, Melina and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Alexander, Jack and Zoey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and godchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home (371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kimisis Greek Orthodox Church (140 S Grand Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603).
