She was predeceased by: her husband Michael "Mickey"; her daughter Donna LaSota; and her siblings, Frank Matuk and Helen Carter. She is survived by: her daughter Veronica "Ronni" Carroll (Jim); her granddaughter Desiree LaSota; her great grandchild Caianne LaSota; and her friends, Cecelia Mensler and Louise Mensler. She is also survived by Her extended family includes 8 nieces, 6 nephews and beloved sisters-in-laws.
Gerrie's family expresses their thanks to the staff at Lutheran Care Center especially those who kept her spirits up through the long months of the pandemic and treated her so gently during her final days.
