He is survived by: his wife Carla Lawson Gude of Poughkeepsie, NY; his son Eirik Gude (Emily); his grandson Karl James Gude of Lexington, MA; his daughter Ingrid Gude-Michalak (Jason Michalak) of Charlestown, MA; and his siblings, Tore Gude (Anne-Jorun) and Elisabeth Gude (Porsgrunn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
