She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Clarfeld and Gertrude Clarfeld. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bari Goodis, Aland, Codi Goodis, Sara Jacobson, Ari Reinfeld and Dan Jacobson; her great grandchildren, Cooper Reinfeld, Noa and Maya Goodis; and her caregivers, Mavis Hall, Michelle Forbes and Debby Turner.
She received a grant from the National Foundation for Humanities to develop a cross curriculum blending Language Arts and Social Studies.
