Utter Jr. of Poughkeepsie, New York, born in Danbury, Connecticut, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Utter and Alpharetta K. Utter (Betty); and his wife Peggy (Peggy). He is survived by: his daughter Karen Cima (John) of Corfu, NY; his grandchildren, Caitlin and Allison; his children, Cameron, Nicole Brandt, Shane Brandt and Charles Utter (Jennifer) of Upton, MA; his grandchildren, Lucas and Jordan; and his sisters, Shirley Rouse of Florida and Joan Mester of Newburgh, NY. He is also survived by two nieces and four nephews.
