He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Horowitz and Elizabeth "Libby" Horowitz. He is survived by: his wife Carole Cohen; his children, David Horowitz of Poughkeepsie, NY and Alicia Goldstein (Eric) of Scarsdale, NY; his grandsons, Michael Horowitz (Kaitlin Curl) of Long Beach, NY, Justin Horowitz of Poughkeepsie, NY, Zachary Goldstein of San Francisco, CA and Noah Goldstein of Scarsdale, NY.; his nephews, Edward Cohen of Kingston, NY and Daniel Beck (Laura) of Flemington, NJ; and his niece Rachel Honigstock (Jeff) of Summit, NJ.
