She is survived by: her children, James Bell Jr. of Hyde Park, Shawn Bell (Jenn Lassi) of Hyde Park, Jamie Otis and Dathon of Poughkeepsie; her brothers, Teddy Beatty of Kentucky and George Beatty Jr. of Plattsburgh; and her pet Ruby. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
