He is survived by: his mother Laura Amesse; his brother Elijah N Montalvo; his nephews, Matthew R Doyle and Elijah N Montalvo; his sister Faith Ruiz-Guido; his brother-in-law Mike Guido; his nieces, Liliana M Guido and Gabriella G Guido; his nephew Julian M Guido; his siblings, Alisha Montalvo, Grace J Montalvo and Asher Montalvo; and his nephew Edward Montalvo.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Mid-Hudson Animal Aid, or Toys for Tots.
