She is survived by: her father Dick Mitchell; her husband John Atherton; her brother Rick Mitchell (Sue) of Bluffton; her nieces, Lindsay Madom (Ian) of Wakefield and Courtney Trafton (Ted) of Barrington; and her nephew Brian Mitchell (Alison) of Towson.
