She is survived by: her children, Amelia (Baden), Andy, Sonia and Judy (Remy Williams); her pet Morgan; her daughter-in-law Arlette; her grandchildren, Arielle and Aleeza; her godchildren, Terianne Olivacee Marie Bynoe and McDonald; her aunt Anastasie Prosper; her siblings, Ignatius Alexander, Bernard, Rabbit'Alexander, Jean-Pierre and Alix James (Jacqueline Alexander); her nieces and nephews, Laurel, Fred, Martin, Dr. Vaughn'Shakey' and Matthew; her close friends, Primrose Williams, Sandra Henry Flemming and Titre Samuel; her sister Annie; and her friends, Elizabeth Alfred, Patsy, Davis Letang, Shirley Alexander, Lucia Blaize, Ophelia Olivacee Marie, Valencia Webb, Katelyn and Merlyn Jno-Baptiste.
Amoy continued her work with young people when she migrated to NY working with children and adults with developmental disabilities at the Devereux Foundation campus and in the group homes for 10 years.
