We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2018, at the age of 76, Sheridan D Hammond (Pottersville, New York), born in Glens Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Willard Hammond and Helen Hammond Brown (Wolfe); his brother Phillip Hammond; and also Gary Wolfe. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn White Hammond; his grandchildren, Domonique Marie Gaudreau of Nashua, NH and Richard Daniel Gaudreau of Fryeburg, ME; his son Kevin Scott Hammond; and his stepchildren, Rachel White, Clark White, Rebekah Myers, Lauralyn White and Justin White. He is also survived by his wife; his daughter.
