It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Cullen of Potsdam, New York, born in Brasher Falls, New York, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. William H. Cullen and Helen Cullen (Woods); his sisters, Frances (Fran) and Jean; his son Bill, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Geri; and his grandson Dr. Jeff Cullen.

If desired, a memorial donation could be made to the Bill and Peg Cullen Scholarship Fund at SUNY-Potsdam.
