He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Dennicort; his siblings, Cortland, Richard Denicourt, Sr. and Mary Fefee; and his parents, Cortland Denicourt and Anna Snyder.

He is survived by: his son Philip Dennicort (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
