She was predeceased by: her parents, Kasimer F. "Stanley" Siedlecki and Christina Ann Siedlecki (Soyak); and her siblings, Edward J. Siedlecki, Patricia A. Strader and Joseph.

She is survived by: her sons, Tim (Cindy Butterfield) of Lexington, KY and Gary "Jamie" (Lisa Butterfield) of Newark, NY; her grandchildren, Kara, Jonathan, Colleen and Melissa; her stepgrandsons, Aiden and Zachary; and her caregiver Kim Tompkins. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
