She was predeceased by: her husband Thelbert H. Allison; and her parents, Oliver Cox and Lena Cox (Dorsey). She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Montgomery (Lyle), Janet Myers (Robert) of Deland, FL, Nina Nuwer (Michael) of Norwood and Lisa Allison (Ralph Margerum) of Willards, MD; her siblings, Oliver Cox Jr. of Houston, Nina Ray of Norman, OK and LaVeda Aab of Broken Arrow, OK; and her grandchildren, Cindy Coye, Kristin Meissner, Allison Leroux, Carly Draper and Jessica Nuwer. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
