He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim Mulkin (Beverly) and Mary Ellen Lewis; and his parents, Milford Mulkin and Susan Mulkin. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Mikowski of Joseph's Church; his children, Mark Mulkin (Kathy), Kirk Mulkin, Alan Mulkin (Kate), Sandra Theilig (Rick) of Hurley, NY and Cheryl Mattox (John) of Cohoes, NY.; his brothers, Dennis Mulkin (Jackie) and Bruce Mulkin (Ann); his grandchildren, Matthew Mulkin (Emma), Megan Mulkin, Kayla Mulkin, Ashley Kaufman (Andrew), Justin Theilig, Claire and Daniel Mattox; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Charlotte and Wilder.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Stockholm First Responders, or the Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad.
