He was predeceased by: his grandmother Beaulah Planty. He is survived by: his sons, Leyton Scott and Colden Wayne; his mother Lynn Jackman (Brian Hutton) of Parishville; his grandmother Sally Planty of Colton; his sister Deanna; his brother-in-law Jeremy McNamara of South Colton; his nieces and nephews, Lillian, Hayley, McKenzie and Jackson McNamara; his brother Daniel R. Grant of Norfolk; his aunts and uncles, Skip (Cherie Gee), Gaile Wilson, Sherri (Marshall Richards), Dona (Jason Endries) and April (Max Cline); and also Linkin S. Grant. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to help with the family lay him to rest.
