He is survived by: his children, Tony Chase (Debra), Jeffrey Chase (Jaqueline) and Lisa Babcock (Robert); his siblings, Allen, Harold Chase and Helen Osgood; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Kimberly Chase, Travis, Cody, Brent Chase, Josh, Jordan, Jonathon Porter, Kayla Sutter, Zachary, Alyssa and Chloe Babcock. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
