Dobbins (Potsdam, New York), born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard J. Dobbins and Joyce E. Dobbins (Buchner); her brother Claude Dobbins; and her significant other Daniel P. Sanborn. She is survived by: her brother Allen (Sheri Dobbins); her niece Heather; her great-niece Pammy Makowski; and her siblings-in-law, Val Chapman, Wanda Macauley, Sue Chapman, Debbie Tittes, Dawna Stewart and Michael Sanborn.
