She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest LaPoint and Mary O'Brien LaPoint; and her husband Clyde Layaw. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Layaw (Tanya Benjamin), Robin (Timothy Bradish) of Potsdam and Angela Chincinski (Darren Kelly); and her sister Joyce Phillips of Council Bluff. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several, great and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
