He was predeceased by: his parents, George Haley and Cora Haley (Thiebert); his siblings, Betty Gabri, George Haley and Richard Haley; and his daughter Kelly Ann Haley.

He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Debbie) and Michael (Susan); his grandchildren, Patrick (Kristen) and John (Katelyn); his great grandchild Julian Jackson Haley; and his siblings, Mary Sullivan (Bert) and Patrick Haley (Sherry).
