With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard E Kelley (Potsdam, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalind Kelley; his children, George Kelley and Rosalyn Doughty; his sister-in-law Clementine-Louise Reynolds; and his brothers, Girard "Gerry" and Andrew "Bud" Kelley.

He is survived by: his significant other Edith Norman; and his children, Andrew Kelley (Lori) of Syracuse, NY, Karen Mulvaugh (William) of Shallotte, NC, Cynthia Murray (Richard) of Pierrepont, NY and Mary Louise Carlson (Gary) of Ashland, MA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Contributions in his memory can be made to the Hospice and Palliative Care of the St. Lawrence Valley, Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad, to the VA Hospital in Syracuse, NY or to a charity of one's choice.
