He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T. Sr. Blair and Barbara Blair (Crawford); and his brother Howard. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Pryce; and his children, Michelle Delosh of Massena, Jason Blair of Norwood, Karen Linsley of Plattsburgh, Patricia, Dale Hutchins of Colton, Michael and Lillie Blair of Florida. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
