George L. Rossi Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George L. Rossi of Potsdam, New York, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Angela Simonassi and Luigi Rossi. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Grillo Rossi; his close friends, Laura Rossi Walters (Jake Walters), Carol Rossi Fries (John Fries) and Christine Rossi (John Bailey); his grandchildren, Christopher Walters, Leah Walters, Scott Fries and Nicky Anderson; his great grandchildren, Leo, Ollie and Winnie; his sister Marisa Briar; his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Joanne, Janine, Renee and Paul; and also, Lori, Grace, Samantha and Manny. He is also survived by his wife; his daughters.

In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the New York State Bluebird Society, the Indian Creek Nature Center, or the Friends of Higley Flow State Park.
