She was predeceased by: her parent Forrest Chase; and her siblings, Ella Haverstock, Mary Kingsley, Stella Reid, Alonzo "Johnny", Donald and Edward Chase.
She is survived by: her parent Lucinda Chase (Betterly); her spouse Gordon P. Carvill; and her children, Susan Dempsey (Pat) of Massena, Jim Carvill (Odile) of Massena, Rob Carvill of Massnea and John Carvill (Ann) of Potsdam. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
