She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil W. Elliott and Burnetta Sealy Elliott; and her brother Richard Elliott. She is survived by: her husband Leroy "Whitey" Hansen; her children, Steven Hansen (Amanda) and Ellen van Haasteren (Chris); and her grandsons, Kees (Kaitlin) and Corrie van Haasteren.
