He was predeceased by: his parent Maurice Lindsay; his children, Allen Lindsay and Connie Lindsay; and his brother Jack Horton. He is survived by: his parent Florence Lindsay (Maine); his wife Janet; his children, David (Tina Lindsay), Rosemarie (Darrell Selman), Dale (Autumn Lindsay), Ronnie Lindsay of Potsdam and Jai (Melodie Lindsay); and his siblings, Bev Christian, Pete Christian of Potsdam, Edwin "Buster", Shirley Lindsay of Ohio, Betty Tassie of Potsdam, Janet Smith, Paul Smith, Barbara Kenny, Guy Kenny, Sally Briggs and Bob Briggs. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Potsdam Rescue Squad, Potsdam Fire Department, or a charity of one's choice.
