David E. Butterfield Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2018, at the age of 72, David E. Butterfield (Potsdam, New York), born in Canton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. and Freda D. Wyne Butterfield; his granddaughter Courtnee Ann-Marie Stowell; and his siblings, Patricia Skiff, Gardner Skiff, Pauline Skiff, Ernest H. and Wayne F. Butterfield.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Butterfield; his children, Amanda S. Bradley (Dustin) and David W. Stowell; his grandchildren, Bailee Bradley, Nolan Bradley, Celine Stowell and Zachery Stowell; and his siblings, Ronnie Butterfield (Linda), Michael Butterfield (Jeanne), Gloria Ladison (George), Bonnie Davis, Sue Frank (Bill), Vicki Green and Thelma Garlough (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory can be made to the Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad, the Canton Potsdam Hospital Foundation or to the West Potsdam Volunteer Volunteer Fire Department.
