He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan C. Mitchell and Georgia Mitchell (Coller). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Connor of Sportsman's Club; and his sisters, Cristy Mitchell and Corinne Toomey (Robert).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (21 Park St, Canton, NY 13617).
