He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eugenia Tsarov of Potsdam, NY; his sons, Victor Loushin (Irina Godiana) and Alexandr Loushin (Yelena) of St. Petersburg, Russia; his stepson Kirill Goldstein (Joy Wrigley); and his sister Olga Alexecva of St. Petersburg.
