She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Michael Rowe (Katherine) and Carol Smilgin (Gerald); her husband Robert Carl Rowe; her daughter Jane Marie Phipps; her son-in-law David Phipps; and her parents, Charles Thompson and Martha Louise Curshaw Thompson. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
