She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd F. Kennedy and Huldah Delosh Kennedy (Cummings); and her siblings, William, Lloyd Kennedy, John, James Delosh, Mabel Delosh Caringe, Katherine Delosh Branchaud, Alice Kennedy and Jeannette Kennedy.
She is survived by: her husband David L. Bartlett; her daughter Deborah; her son-in-law Carter Weller of Potsdam; her brother Lyle Kennedy of Stockholm; and her grandchildren, Tambre Weller, Ginger Weller Schumaker (Jason), Jacob and Joshua Weller. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made in her memory to the General Scholarship Fund of Clarkson University, Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley, or the Potsdam Animal Shelter.
