She was predeceased by: her father Eugene; and her brothers, Gary, Bruce and Terry Joe Osgood. She is survived by: her children, Virgina Gadway (David) of Adirondack, Jason Osgood (Cassandra) of Potsdam, James Osgood (Jill) of East Greenbush and Kyle Chambers (Dana) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Shianne, Anthony, Riley, Mercedes, Corben, Trinity, Mackenzie, Paisleigh and Willa; her mother Helen Osgood of Syracuse; her siblings, Roberta Osgood of Pyrites, Penny, Sue Osgood of Syracuse, Randy Osgood of Lake Placid, David Osgood of Syracuse, Brian Osgood and Ralph Osgood of Lakeworth, Florida; and her pets, Sissy, Molly and Milo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Potsdam Humane Society.
