He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest "Burr" Kingsley and Bernice Kingsley (Cyrus); and his siblings, Charles "Everett" Kingsley, Jean Farnsworth and Audrey Bicknell.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Scott (Doreen Kingsley), Kevin (Becky Kingsley), Cynthia (John Lundin) and Janelle Cutler Robert (Brian) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Tyler, Meghan, Mackenzie, Maddison, Kyle, Kaileigh, Karissa, Tommy, Taylor, Brianna and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Oliver and Will; and his sisters, Cheryl Hazen of Raymondville and Norma Burns of Raymondville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or Hope Lodge in Burlington.
