He is survived by: his sons, Michael Carapellatti (Denise) of Portville and Jeff Carapellatti (Jammie) of Olean; his grandchildren, Dominic, Zachary, Nikolas, Derreck, Brandon and Jade; his great grandchild Angelo; and his siblings, Kim Carapellatti of Olean, Scot Carapellatti of Olean and Lyn Carapellatti of Mooresville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
