She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Green and Loretta Green; her husband Ronald J. Sakala; and her siblings, Robert Green, Arthur Wheeler and Sheila Milton.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Enos (Greg) of Ceres, Karen Holmes (Ron) of Little Genesee and Thomas Sakala of Dothan, AL; her grandchildren, Gerald Becker of Allegany, Kasandra Farr (Victor) of Olean, Justin Rogers (Jerrica) of Olean and Tyler Shaffer of Erie, PA; and her brother Gary Lileberg of Cassadaga. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
