She was predeceased by: her parents, Elden P. Hewitt and Audrey J. Burlingame Hewitt; her sisters, Gayla L. Arlia and Debra A. Knight; and her siblings-in-law, Todd E. Metz and Shirley A. Bickford.
She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Doxey, Jr.; her children, Paula J. Haag, Jr. (Ted) of Bradford, PA, Robert M. Doxey, III (Diane Link) of Portville, Jack E. Doxey, Sr. of Portville, Scott A. Doxey (Mindy Latten) of Portville and Albert N. Doxey (Ronda) of Portville; her grandchildren, Sabrena L. Cuneo (James), Devon M. Schoonover (Holly Tester), Maurissa M. Hagga (Tyler), Jack E. Doxey, Jr. (Brooke), Nakita P. Doxey (Deion Rosalia) and Dagger S. Doxey; her great grandchildren, Abigail L. Cuneo, Charlotte J. Hagga, Tyler A. Hagga, Jr. and Khloe E. Doxey; her siblings, Clifford E. Hewitt (Laurie) of Portville and Marcia J. Metz of Richburg; and her brothers-in-law, Orlando Arlia of Cleveland, OH and Frederick "Butch" Knight of Richburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
