He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie P. Tarr and Ruth Champlain Tarr Sr.; his daughter Brenda Domenski; his grandson Zachary Tarr; and his siblings, Rose Wilbur, Barbara McDonald, Keith Tarr and Mary Dash.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra R. Spino of Olean; his children, David C. Bennett of Olean, Russell Tarr (Amy) of Lenoir, NC., Lucinda Turner of Williamsburg, VA., Lisa Ann Carpenter (Donald) of Olean and Matthew Tarr (Tarah) of Olean; his grandchildren, Zayne Tarr of Portville, Kaitlin Gregory of Allegany, Charlotte Bennet of Rochester, Julian Bennett of Olean, Mia Bennett of Portville, Gabby, Jake Carpenter of Olean, Andrew Telvesca of North Carolina, Joshua of North Carolina, Morgan of North Carolina, Erin of North Carolina, Sasha Tarr of Arizona, Ryan Tarr of Scio, Rashad Tarr of Georgia, Dante Tarr of Ohio and Shemar Turner of Ohio; and his siblings, Gene Tarr of Bolivar, Gary Tarr (Angel) of Allegany and Shari Commen. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
