He is survived by: his spouse Virginia C. Hart; his children, Joseph R. Provorse (Winky) of Olean, Amy Lynn Miller (Joseph) of Portville and Richard R. Steadman (Amy) of Olean; his stepmother Susan McRae of Portville; his siblings, Archie McRae, James McRae, Kirk McRae, Mike McRae, Jay Hamrick, LeEtta Burkhard, Gloria Villa, Marge Atkinson, Jane Bentley, Sandy Hotchkiss, Michelle Colwes and Katie Brockel; and also Jammie L. Higginbotham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
