He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Gilbert and Edgar Evans Jr.; his wife Katie Evans; his siblings, Jimmy Diabo (Jamie), Tanya Evans, Edgar Evans III and Lynn Evans; his children, Julissa, Jaelyn, Kiarah, Johnny Jr. and Lacie Evans; his stepchildren, Marcus, Dominick, Jacklyn and Kassidy Cettell; his grandchildren, Oddyssey Hunzinger, River Cettell and Braelynn Anne-Marie Cettell; and his grandparents, Edgar Evans Sr. (Pat) and Ann Mcnesby. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
