He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Hindman and C. Arlene Wilmarth Hindman; and his son William Hindman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Smith Hindman; his children, Craig Hindman (Brette) of Dewittville, NY and Dawn Swanson (Steven) of Kennedy, NY; his grandchildren, David Hindman of North East, PA, Molly Hindman of Green Castle, PA, Clara Byard (Seth) of Pittsburgh, PA, Elizabeth Lombardo of Kennedy, NY, Laura Phillips (Tyler) of Jersey City, NJ and Janie Swanson of Rochester, NY; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Gracelynn Lombardo; and his siblings, Harry Hindman of Brocton, NY and Susan TenBroeck of Latham, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
