He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard M. Milliman and Margaret L. Coon Milliman; his son Brian Milliman; and his brothers, Brian and Joseph Milliman.
He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Fisher; his sons, Shannon Milliman (Wendy) of Hornell, NY and John Milliman of Dewittville, NY; his siblings, Lewis Milliman (Connie) of Mayville, Steve Milliman (Jeannie) of Portland, Jeff Milliman of Sheridan, Timothy Milliman of Mayville, Lola Kinney (Louis) of Brocton and Debra Henry of Spring Church, PA; and his grandchildren, Griffin, Greyson, Sydney and John Jr (Milliman). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
