“Sal was a huge part of everyone's family in Port Washington. He was always kind to me- however he was very special to my ex-husband. I knew Sal to be a man with many stories and many talents - he was a pleasure to see and hear. I know the family must be very sad but blessed to have had such a wonderful man in their lives- His legacy will live on, I know that I will miss seeing him on his motorcycle or sitting in front on his house on Main Street, at parades, veterans memorials or with family.”
