He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Avazis and Argyro Avazis; his significant other Joanne; his sister Helen Stathis (late Theodore); his parents-in-law, Alfred and Georgiana Pisano; and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Pisano, Alfred Pisano Jr. (Peggy) and Leonore Glodowski (late Stanley).
He is survived by: his sons, Peter (Amina), Steven (Missy), Christopher (Maddy), Anthony (Rebecca) and Alfred (Lorraine); and his sister Athena Bendo (late George). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
