It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francesco Desantis of Port Washington, New York, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lorenzina; his brothers, Guiseppe and Batista (Giovanni); and his sister-in-law Marie. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Antonio Viannesi; his sons, Frank and Vincenzo (Patricia); his granddaughter Staci Mensen (Alex); his sister-in-law Giacomina DeSantis; and his siblings, Maria Tiberia (Giuseppe), Lorenzo DeSantis (Giuseppina) and Marianna Cerroni (Giovanni). He is also survived by family members, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
