Thomas M. Hafey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2021, at the age of 84, Thomas M. Hafey of Port Richmond, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Catherine Hafey (Ward) and Michael Hafey; his wife Carol (Tackett); his daughters, Sherri Leonard and Jennifer King; his sons-in-law, Robert Leonard and Matthew King; his grandchildren, Michael, Meghan, Ryan Leonard, Daniel, James and Caitlyn King; and his siblings, Michael Hafey, Catherine Ransom, Gladys Alexander, Mary Landano, John and Frank Hafey. He was also cherished by his siblings, nieces, nephews, many cousins, in-laws and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tom's memory to Meals on Wheels Staten Island.
