Wayne A. Czajka Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2020, at the age of 71, Wayne A. Czajka of Port Leyden, New York, born in Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A. Czajka and Genevieve White Czajka; his grandson Scott Czajka, II; and his siblings, Gale Reese and Kevin Czajka.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley E. Perkins; his grandchild Little League Baseball; his children, Scott M. Czajka and Jennifer Palermo (Scott); his grandsons, Brayden and Kassel; his brothers, Leonard "Butch" Loomis (Rita) and Mike Czajka (Carol); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Reese. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
