With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melanie I. Van Ry of Port Leyden, New York, born in Cornwall, New York, who passed away on September 28, 2023 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Melanie I. Van Ry to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Worth and Ida May Quinn Peck; her husband Richard Arie Van Ry; and her brother Victor Floyd Peck. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Van Ry Capozzi (John) of Marietta; her grandsons, Jaiden, Kieran and Rylan; her son Pieter Arie Van Ry of Colorado; her grandchildren, Ellie and Zack; and her siblings-in-law, Glenda Van Ry, Barbara, Don Klem and Gordon Moore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
